Academic Excellence:
An outstanding undergraduate record (e.g., a GPA of 3.9/4.0 or equivalent) from a renowned institution.Research Ability and Potential:
Evidence of strong research capabilities, such as first-author publications in high-ranking (Q1) journals.Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
The ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.Leadership Abilities:
Experience leading or contributing significantly to team projects.Postdoctoral Fellow/Research Associate: Applicants should have a doctoral degree and a good honours degree in related disciplines.
PhD Students: Applicants should have an MPhil degree or a master’s degree in related disciplines. In addition, applicants should have satisfactory scores in TOEFL (internet-based: 80 or above) or IELTS (6.5 or above).
Research Assistants: Applicants should have an honours degree or an equivalent qualification in related disciplines.
